A successful coastal fishing trip is based on knowledge of sea trout biology, selecting the right fishing spots depending on the season, weather and tidal influences, understanding available food sources, and making the correct choice of lure whether you are fishing with fly or spin gear.
I have gained this knowledge through more than 35 years of experience as a coastal angler. I spend several hundred hours on the coast each year and I am a highly passionate angler who is always up to date on which spots and lures are currently producing results. I am a certified fishing guide trained through the Danish Angling Association and Fishing Zealand.
Fishing Guide Denmark is based on Zealand, where I often guide and fish myself. In addition, I have many years of experience fishing in Mariager Fjord, Djursland, Funen, Bornholm and southern Sweden.
For companies, associations and institutions I offer solutions where multiple guides are involved so we can accommodate larger groups. In these cases, pricing is agreed individually depending on duration and number of participants. Besides fishing for sea trout the fishing can also be focused on other species such as garfish.

Soft drinks and coffee are included in the prices mentioned above. Not food.
The fishing day:
- We meet at the agreed location.
- We visit selected fishing spots based on wind, weather and season in the area where you want to fish.
- Depending on the fishing, we may visit several spots and I will show you how to fish each location effectively.
- I will give you tips on other productive fishing spots and explain how to work each area.
- To increase your chances of success, I will show you how to read the water and the coastline to make your fishing more effective.
- I will demonstrate the most effective fishing techniques, including how to choose the right lure.
- After a day with me, you will be well equipped to succeed on the coast on your own.
- You are always welcome to contact me afterwards by phone or email with questions or requests for additional fishing spots.
- Remember to purchase the required fishing license. I can assist you with this.
Before the fishing day:
- A few days in advance you will receive an email from me with information about what clothing and equipment to bring for the day.
- The meeting point will be arranged either by email or phone.
- Fishing gear can be rented from me to a limited extent.
